Shown below are examples of the type of coinage "looks" that I strive to incorporate into my own collection and endeavor to handle on my website. In general, mint state and unimpaired proof pieces within this pool share the attributes of being apparently original and undipped with attractive toning and a patina consistent with the age and metallic composition of the piece. Similarly, circulated and impaired proof pieces within this pool should also be original and undipped with an undisturbed crust across the surfaces indicative of handling during circulation and slow growth over time.
